Chef Hubert regularly conducts lighthearted and educational cooking classes in the kitchen of Aubergine, our private dining club. Classes are intimate (limited to 12 ppl) and cover a variety of themes from tailgaiting to holiday entertaining. Classes run from 2-4pm and are $75 (+ tax and gratuity) due when reserving your seat.
